A: There are ways of avoiding it by purchasing a voltage regulator and a surge protector. We do have a voltage regulator on our website, however, you may often need a more sophisticated voltage regulator as a result of the particular area where your facility is located.

appear to work and others Don't. Is my machine defective?
A: Most likely your machine is not defective. However, you may have some cables that do not seem to work
Q: How do I know that the cable does not work?

A: You put another cable to the port that does not give you any output and see if this port works now that you changed the cable
Q: If the cable does not work then what?
A: If the problem occured during the warranty period offered to the cables, then please call our corporate office at 1 866 25 YOUNG or international +1808 3050656 and we will supply you with new cables.You will have to return your old cables, however in order for the new cables to be complimentary. However, if the cables' warranty has been expired you will need topurchase new cables

Your account will be credited with a 30% of the value of the cables purchased, provided you return your defective cables to us.
Symptom: Belts
Q: Clients who could only get to level four are now going to level 7 and report no muscle contraction. Is my machine defective?
A: Most likely your machine is not defective. However, the conductive material sown in the belts has started to wear off.
Q: I don't want to buy a new belt. What do I do?
A: We can send you metal plates that you can insert in the pads. This will completely eliminate the problem.
Q: How come the belts don't have a full warranty?

Because the belts are wearable and we cannot control how you treat them, how oftenyou wash them, the method of washing and what you wash them with. We are making our belts with the best materials possible in order to extend their life and increase your satisfaction. We are still researching other materials that may extend the life of the belts evenmore.

Q: I have patients scheduled and I need a machine right away. What do we do?
A: We can send you a loaner right away. However, you will need to complete the necessary paperwork.
