IELLIOS, iPico, Ion Magnum, Arasys and Perfector emitt refined signals empowered to reach their targets despite multiple biological and other resistances. Via a feedback loop, they automatically calculate the biological resistance and counteract it by sophisticated electronics and software manufactured and developed in Cambridge and London University in the UK.
In short there is electrobiochemical communication between the body and the devices. Such communication requires a substantial increase in the receptive sensitivity of the devices and substantially reducing electronic noise so that the signal is unlimited resolution and crystal clear. Increasing the sensitivity of the devices enhances their ability to detect any current or voltage fluctuations that are coming from the wall output or the mains, which usually vary from city to city and country to country. Such inveitavle fluctuations are more frequent in countries that have 110 volts. Fluctuations in the current output (e.g. brownouts) or electrical pressure (voltage) may adversely affect the devices. For this reason, all four devices have in built mechanisms to pretect themselves against current and voltage

Q: My machine does not start
A: Check the fuses. The machine takes 2 Amp / 240V fuses which you can find in your local electronics store. The fuses are located at the back of the machine under the plug. You can open the small drawer under the plug with a screwdriver or a knife. In order to change the fuses turn off and unplug the machine. Open the small drawer under the plug and change the fuses
Symptom: Machine stops on its own.
Q: My machine stopped in the middle of the treatment and did it several times. Is it defective?
A: No the device is empowered with a safety mechanism that shuts is down every time there are fluctuation in the current of voltage output from the mains.
Q: Why is it that all my other electrical equipment works fine and this machine stopped?
A:

The Ion Magnum and the Arasys engage the nervous system in a biochemical communication. Therefore they are particularly sensitive to any fluctuations coming from the wall output.
Q: What can I do about it?
A: Simply turn off the machine. Unplug it. Plug it again. Turn it on and start it.
Q: But that's really inconvenient. Can't I avoid it?
A: There are ways of avoiding it by purchasing a voltage regulator and a surge protector. We do have a voltage regulator on our website, however, you may often need a more sophisticated voltage regulator as a result of the particular area where your facility is located.

Symptom: Ports
Q: Some ports appear to work and others Don't. Is my machine defective?
A: Most likely your machine is not defective. However, you may have some cables that do not seem to work
Q: How do I know that the cable does not work?
A: You put another cable to the port that does not give you any output and see if this port works now that you changed the cable
Q: If the cable does not work then what?
A: If the problem occured during the warranty period offered to the cables, then please call our corporate office at 1 866 25 YOUNG or international +1808 3050656 and we will supply you with new cables.You will have to return your old cables, however in order for the new cables to be complimentary. However, if the cables' warranty has been expired you will need topurchase new cables
Your account will be credited with a 30% of the value of the cables purchased, provided you return your defective cables to us.

Symptom: Belts
Q: Clients who could only get to level four are now going to level 7 and report no muscle contraction. Is my machine defective?
A: Most likely your machine is not defective. However, the conductive material sown in the belts has started to wear off.
Q: I don't want to buy a new belt. What do I do?
A: We can send you metal plates that you can insert in the pads. This will completely eliminate the problem.
Q: How come the belts don't have a full warranty?
A: Because the belts are wearable and we cannot control how you treat them, how oftenyou wash them, the method of washing and what you wash them with. We are making our belts with the best materials possible in order to extend their life and increase your satisfaction. We are still researching other materials that may extend the life of the belts evenmore.

Symptom: None of the above resolve the problem
Q: I have patients scheduled and I need a machine right away. What do we do?
A: We can send you a loaner right away. However, you will need to complete the necessary paperwork.

Symptom: Error message is flashing.
Q: My machine flashes an error message.
A: Turn the device off. Unplug it, plug it in and restart it. If the problem persists, then try plugging in a different room to evaluate the possibility of some electrical problem in the room your are using the device. Most error messages are related to a constant current generator. Both iPico and Perfector
are intelligent devices with inuilt self reparative mechanisms that often repair the device. Often, if you leave the device off and unplugged all night, the device starts working fine again in the morning.
Q: Is there anything I can do to avoid this situation completely?
A: Yes. You can purchasa voltage regulator and a surge protector. You need both of them to protect your equipment from any current and voltage fluctuations that are coming out of the mains. We do have a voltage regulator on our website, however, you may often need a more sophisticated voltage regulator as a result of the particular area where your facility is located.
Q: My machine has no conductivity. Is my machine defective?
A: No, most likely you have a defective cable or a defective glove. If you are using the gloves, then unplug them and plug in the cables. Start any program and put the two cables together to see if your machine regained conductivity. If you were using the probes when you lost conductivity, then unplug the probesm plug in the gloves and repeat the procedure described above with the gloves.

Symptom: Probes
Q: What do I do when my probes are defective. Can I send them back and get new ones?
A: If they are under warranty then we will exchange them for free.
However, if they are not under warranty you will need to purchase them. Your account will be credited with a 30% of the value of the probes purchased, provided you return your defective probes to us.

Symptom: Gloves
Q: Why did my gloves stopped being conductive?
A: Washing the gloves very often will wear the silver threads. The deluxe gloves are more durable. Additionally, you may consider purchasing a separate set of gloves for each one of your clients. In certain facilities the clients are purchasing their own gloves to ensure ultimate hygiene.

If none of the above suggestions resolve the problem you can request a loaner. However, you will need to complete the necessary paperwork.
