iPico / IELLIOS Loaner

iPico / IELLIOS systems are can be serviced ONLY only in the UK diagnostic and/or repair center. Service and/or repair by individual or company other than the iPico / IELLIOS manufacturer is strictly forbidden and will void any warranty that may be in place.

A loaner will be shipped using two day delivery service from the UK upon receipt and acceptance of the complete information requested in the form and after the credit card authorization as provided.

Repair/Loaner Terms and Conditions:

Please be sure to follow the instructions below exactly to avoid any delay with the shipment of a loaner system.

Authorization: I agree with the terms and conditions regarding the Loaner iPico / IELLIOS. I authorize Arasys Perfector LLC to charge my credit card the deposit amount of $7,880.00 prior to receiving a loaner iPico / IELLIOS or IELLIOS.
Warranty Repair: Please refer to the terms and conditions of your Purchase Order agreement for your New iPico / IELLIOS, Upgrade and Extended warranty coverage.
Minimum Diagnostic/Repair Charges: If the Customer’s iPico / IELLIOS is found to be fully functional and no fault is found by the designated authorized diagnostic and/or repair center, then I forfeit my $7,880 deposit. In addition I understand that my credit card will be charged and additional $380.00 for diagnostic services. Additional charges may apply for shipping, handling and insurance.
Late Return Penalty: I understand that my credit card will be charged $500.00 per day if I fail to comply with the time restraints in sending my faulty iPico / IELLIOS system to the UK Corporate Headquarters for repair or for not returning my loaner iPico / IELLIOS as stated and agreed above.

I agree with the terms and conditions regarding the iPico / IELLIOS Loaner. I allow Ion Magnum LTD to charge my credit card the refundable amount of $7,880 prior to receiving an iPico / IELLIOS loaner. If the iPico / IELLIOS machine is concluded to be fully functional and no fault is found by a Corporate Technician, then I forfeit my $7,880 deposit, in addition to being charged $380.00 for services and shipping (Erroneous Return Penalty). There will be no charge if my machine has a fault and the fault has occured within the first year of full warranty.. I agree that I am fully responsible for shipping (including fees) if my warranty (1 year) is no longer in effect. I understand that my credit card will be charged $500.00 per day if I fail to comply with the time restraints in sending my faulty iPico / IELLIOS system to the UK Corporate Headquarters for repair or for not returning my iPico / IELLIOS loaner within two working days after the receipt of my repaired iPico / IELLIOS as agreed.

iPico / IELLIOS Fault Diagnosis Checklist:

Does the system turn on? (Detector problem)
Did you follow troubleshooting procedure?


  1. Turn the system off and unplug it. IELLIOS do you get a blank screen or a white screen and nothing else comes on? Unplug and plug your system back on. Does the problem persist? If so your IELLIOS needs to go back to the UK for repair.
  2. IELLIOS: Did the IELLIOS logo come on?
  3. Write down the exact error message that your IELLIOS gave you.
  4. Did you follow the instructions of the message?
  5. Did the problem persist evern though you turned the system on and off several times? Please call us. We may be able to send you by e-mail new software with instructions of what to do to repair your IELLIOS.
