During the Open House offer all your attendees coupons with a 10% discount for future treatments -- this is if they don't sign up for packages during the Open House that will get them the 30$ discount. All attendees should be part of a lottery with a surprise gift offered to the lucky winner. The chart below suggests that 3 Open Houses should bring in an average of 49 packages.
