Deluxe packages and undiscounted purchases of IELLIOS iPico, Ion Magnum, Arasys and Perfector include one day complimentary training per machine. Training is quite comprehensive, equally divided into a theoretical and a practical application part. During the theoretical aspect the trainer introduces the trainees to the complex scientific background and procedures, going over the manual step by step, until the trainee gets a general idea on how to answer any questions he / she may have in the future. On completion of the training the trainee is asked to fill two Quality Assurance Form:The Training Evaluation and the Trainer Eveluation. The training eveluationr describes all the theoretical and practical aspects of the training as they should have been performed by the trainer. With this form the trainee has the

opportunity to evaluate the training received against the company's high quality standards and report his/ her level of satisfation with the overall training.The trainer evaluation gives the trainee the opportunity to offer our Headquarters valuable information regarding the trainer's competence, clarily of concept deliverance and the trainer's overall behavior and appearance.
Following the receipt of the Training and Trainer Evaluation forms, the trainee receives a Training Certificate which is necessary to operate any of our devices.
